The worst thing about photographing in New York is that I'm always shifting gears. Oh, and that's also the best thing about photographing in the Big Apple. When I'm in New York, I feel like a kid in a candy store. So much to see...so many opportunities. I want to do street portraits, but I'm distracted by a display in a store window or a hodge podge of posters plastered on a wall. Shifting gears. I look for that one interesting person in a crowd when suddenly the crowd morphs into a really great composition. Shifting gears. The streets of New York ...never a dull moment.
