Tokyo’s waterfront condenses into a grid of light while twin arches carry traffic across the river. From a high vantage I used a cool cyan grade to separate water from concrete and let reflections breathe. A short long‑exposure preserves structure yet records the boat’s light trail and the arterial flow on the bridge. The frame stacks three rhythms—vertical towers, diagonal roadway, horizontal water—revealing a city that glows with sleepless order.
