In this portrait series I explore anthropomorphism by photographing animals as if they were human subjects. Each is portrayed as an individual, with personality revealed through studio setups, refined lighting and post-processing. Lighting is adapted when animals are sensitive or unpredictable, using ambient light and later unifying tones. Blurring species boundaries, the work mirrors classical portraiture and invites viewers to see emotional depth, individuality, and our connection with the natural world.
