Gina is a sex worker on the streets of Luanda. She ran away from her parents at an early age after experiencing abuse and repeated rape at the hands of her stepfather during her childhood. Every night, she transforms herself to attract men in the alleys of her neighborhood, but when she returns home at dawn, she seeks comfort and redemption in a world that only drugs allow her to know. But the real Gina is a devoted mother who dreams of one day getting a job to look after her son, who lives with his grandmother and only visits her on weekends
