In 2019, I launched E.X.C.E.L.L.E.N.C.E. to highlight diversity’s power before it became a corporate focus. True diversity goes beyond race—it includes gender, orientation, religion, and identity. Four years later, Part II reunites our team, proving that collaboration and respect fuel excellence. After COVID-19 delays, we returned to the same location, reigniting the energy that started it all. This reunion is more than a milestone—it’s a testament to progress and the need to keep championing diversity. With shared vision and talent, we don’t just meet goals; we elevate and celebrate them.

Kunal Kohli is an Indian - Norwegian photographer who was born in Oslo, Norway. He received his foundations degree from Nordic School of Photography in Oslo, Norway in 2015. Kunal continued to study photography at the International Center of Photography (ICP) in New York where he graduated in 2016. Kunal has exhibited in the US and abroad including shows at the ICP in New York, Sovn in Cape Town, Collective Fashion Art and Cyan folio in Oslo and ICA gallery in Tokyo. His work has been featured in Vulkan magazine, Kaltblut Magazine, Lensculture and Rangefinder to name a few.
