Wagashi are traditional Japanese sweets. Daihuku, Koshian mochi-Mochi rice cake with red bean paste, Manju-Steamed bean jam bun, Dango-sweet rice dumplings, Yokan-Sweet bean jelly.

Shuichiro Kawasaki is a fine art photographer whose work has received widespread recognition in international competitions.
