The photos were taken in Aberdeen, Hong Kong. Aberdeen was a traditional town with fishing industry. These ships were idled due to the moratorium during the time. The fishermen were religious and they had a tradition to hang up flags writing a wish “May The Country Be Prosperous and The People at Peace (Chinese: 國泰民安). The national flags of China were also hanged due to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Establishment Day this year. Different types of permutation in terms of lines, shapes and objects were shown in the series in order to symbolise the social order under the reign of HK
