Deep nights, dreaming in caves, the formless realms of unconsciousness and shadow: this is where creativity is born. This series is about a young penguin who's never experienced the darkness and her search to discover the meaning of the long night.

Vicky Stromee was immersed in the transformative power of the arts from an early age. Her obsession with texture, pattern, fluidity, and change became defining life themes that continue to unfold in her work.
