I choose images which only parts of photos, Trying to reveal the message of imbalance of global food resources. Lack of farmer in the countryside. Ripe Tomatoes in the field are discarded. I put it in focaccia. The only complete photo is not complete. It is half a lobster. I realized that Canada's Boston Lobster is Red Alert in 2021. The critically endangered North Atlantic right whale became entangled in traps meant for the lobster in the Gulf of Maine. Fewer than 250 remained. Can we learn the truth from food? Everything has a side you don't know. My face became pale like asparagus skin.
