This work explores interpersonal relationships and the connection to our inner self. It is a combination of elements that contradict each other at first glance but are also essential to maintain balance. The tension between the bodies reflects a very intimate and pure moment, which emphasizes the complex nature of the narrative even further. The composition itself gives a feeling of movement, although it is a still moment frozen in time.

Viktoria Andreeva is a fine-art photographer focused on the body as the main composition element. The distortion of the figure aims to blur the line between reality and illusion, natural and artificial. She plays with elemental and symbolic opposites which contradict each other at first glance. Her work seeks to connect and communicate with the viewer - to open up a field for interpretation of the narrative.
