Many people are fascinated by Brooklyn Bridge’s imposing architecture and visionary engineering. For me Brooklyn Bridge’s magnificence finds meaning in the thousands of people who cross it every day. The gigantic steel ropes of the bridge provide for a real-life theatre that hang in the sky with thousands of tiny silhouettes “acting” on this grand set each and every day. Some are locals going to work/home, some are selfie-loving tourists and some are New Yorkers who love to stroll this path every now and then: Humans “gliding” in air, in perfect harmony with their surroundings.
