Since the proposal of Citizenship Amendment Act and National Register of Citizens by PM Narendra Modi in Nov 2019, India has been brimming with indignations. In Delhi and Mumbai, countless people especially women, students and children congregate in large numbers, organising marches, assemblies to demand for withdrawal of the two legislations deemed subverting muslims' right to have citizenships and the fundamentals of asylum seekers. National flags of India, portraits of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi and Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar have been utilised as significations for the nationwide movement.
