I did this essay to fill the lonely quarantine days. I created this series of self-portraits to talk about self-love and the various feelings that awakened inside me and surfaced with days of isolation. I made this specific illumination to symbolize the feelings that are reverberating in me.

Mabru Rodrigues is a Brazilian photographer and visual artist. As a self-taught photographer, she seeks through her projects to dialogue about the importance of diversity of bodies, creating a visual image where people feel represented.
