This series addresses the vocabulary of embodiment. With particular attention to skin as the last visible surface /realm before disappearing into the body and the unknown– where lies the personality, the story, the non-materiality of the person - I am posing the question in this series, if the soul is ever in free association with the body or are the two always interlaced with dependency? Are souls engraved and animated with scar tissue? Maybe the soul is the anchor and the body weightless…
