The exotic habitats behind glass that you see in this series of interior night shots are like parallel universes, cut outs from an entire different part of our planet. All the circumstances inside these small worlds are carefully controlled by their creators, to match the actual living conditions of their original ecosystems which are increasingly under pressure by pollution and economic activities. This series is part of a project in which I'm exploring the role nature plays in everyday life and how we relate to it.
