Emre Kuheylan Great examples of contemporary photography. I really like the minimal, balanced structure on the photographs.

This collection explores the relationship between human infrastructure and the deserts of the UAE. Even when man has changed the landscape or left a human element, the photographs echo the beauty that can still be found among these collaborations. The desert is a hostile place where most life struggles to survive, but infrastructure can be found in order to facilitate human needs. The desert roads in this desolate place offer an indication of civilisation and life, other than the flora and fauna that scatter this almost un-inhabitable environment.

Anthony incorporates a minimalistic approach within his photography and this simplicity shifts our perspective so the imagery is less about actual place and more about emotional state. In his photographs he uses negative space and an ethereal aesthetic to provide the viewer with a sense of serenity and calm, sharing the emotions of the moments he captures. His post-production style offers pastel expressionism to further sooth the soul offering the viewer the opportunity of escape into the purest essence of solitude.
