Becoming homeless is a slow descent into hell. In Brussels, the capital of Europe, more and more people are becoming homeless every year. Since the financial crisis of 2008-2009, the numbers have grown exponentially. This series began in 2016 up till now.The homeless who don’t want to sleep in shelters, often crowded and infested with diseases, quarrels and theft, sleep rough on paveways, tents, woods, abandoned houses.. There is a sub-world that is settling down permanently in Belgium and in other Western countries.
