As humans we view aging in a unhealthy way, wrinkles are bad and as an older person you are so easily dismissed. When we view the nature , in this case the world of trees you find an intrinsic beauty that accompanies aging wood. The beauty of form and shape is inescapable. I have attempted to capture this beauty through my series of black and white photos emphasizing the wonderful grain structure that is heightened by water, air ans time.
