I see and I imagine. My work features deeply contemplative minimal landscapes inspired by the use of geometric elements, form, light and shapes. I like to use black and white long exposure photography as a means of creating evocative, ethereal and enigmatic imagery that resonates an emotional response within the viewer. This technique suggests a visual reconstruction displaying a graphic representation of what is before me rather than a direct reproduction of it. Through my lens I explore themes such as isolation, minimalism and solitude and attempt to portray these with graphic appeal.
