The Akashi Kaikyo Bridge is the world's longest suspension bridge built across the Akashi Strait, which connects Higashimaikocho, Tarumi Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, and Awaji City Iwaya. There is a nickname of Pearl Bridge. It was photographed so that the structure could be seen from directly below the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. It looked like a big spine.
