A story of a young and lost person trying to feel free and find love. An emotional exploration of the human condition. An effort to understand how we express freedom, intimacy, closeness; how we seek true connection with the inner self and the other. Ilias shows us around his world in which photo camera is the link between reality and imagination, day and night, life and death. From moments of self-destruction to finding a new self. A personal photographic diary that sheds new light on the generation of contemporary 20-year-olds, with their problems, choices and life decisions.

Established in 2012, BLOW UP PRESS is a boutique style publishing house focused on contemporary photography, known from such publications as doc! photo magazine (quarterly mook dedicated to contemporary documentary photography) and DEBUTS (yearly publication presenting the most talented emerging photographers). BUP also publishes monographs by emerging as well as already established photographers. This includes two books so far: 9 Gates of No Return by Agata Grzybowska and Death landscapes by Hubert Humka. Three new books will be published till the end of 2018.
