Three stories worth telling of Peshmerga soldiers of Iraqi Kurdistan. Salman is a young soldier, who lost two legs, one arm, one eye and one ear on an ISIS explosive device few years ago during a military operation. "Only my soul is left", he says. Hoshyar is a brigadier general, who lost two legs on two separate devices. From then, he devoted his life to clear mines wherever he can find them. Seven public buildings are named after him, him being still alive. Nasrin is a lieutenant colonel. Every member of her family works in the army. She lost her daughter during a battle against ISIS.

I work as a hair stylist near Milan, Italy. My passion are travel and photography. My last photographic project is called skin. I wanted to tell the story of albino people and acid attacked women in India.
