While photographing in Times Square, New York City, I saw this gentleman wearing glasses and a hat. I followed him and captured his silhouette as he appeared to be glancing at an advertisement showing a woman also wearing glasses.

Photography is more than an art form to Jean-Marc — it’s also a tool for understanding, structuring, and simplifying the world around him. He likes American contemporary photographer Alec Soth’s wording of the key ingredients: Light, Moment, and Magic. While street photography remains his central focus, Jean-Marc's work expands to other genres. However, the human element is a connecting thread in all his photography.
