Born in Lisbon. Since 1983 living in the city of Caldas da Rainha - Portugal. I am a gastroenterologist. I started taking photographs inspired by Street Photography in 2016. My eye is seduced by fragments of color emerging between silhouettes and shadows. The chromatic composition, emotions and graphic impact are decisive. In 2020 I self-published and launched the photobook “99” which features an essay by David Gibson. My book 99 (99 images) was a remarkable success and is practically sold out (edition of 1000).). Now I'm on my way to publishing a second photobook. The book will be called 88
