An interpretation of a concept I have developed over some time on the theme of creativity. The thinking behind the prompt worked on the basis that inspiration can transform the waters of everyday experience into something more heady. And that this process, or way of receiving and encoding information, is not without risk...

Born in 1972; graduated from Macquarie University in 1995 (B.A. Mass Communications). Moved to the country in 1996. Began caring for my parents, in Sydney, in 2001. Have lived with bipolar disorder since an early age, am now receiving a pension. A highlight, photographically speaking, has been the solo exhibition I recently held at the Wollongong Art Gallery: "The Charm of Things Hidden In Plain View". Also love poetry and composing music in various genres.
