I'd see this model's tattoo and in one of the few instances where I got a clear vision in my head I was able to create it in reality. It's an allusion to the cliche of "am I a butterfly dreaming I'm a man or a man dreaming I'm a butterfly" philosophical musing. But it also shows desire of a man dreaming of a woman, trying to embrace or hold onto her, and perhaps it's just a waking dream since her back is to him.
