Love: A Relationship's Story

The Rose is an emblematic symbol for Love. The focus of this composition is on the front fold of the foreground petal. This focus combined with the open nature of the front of the Wild Rose invites you in to hear its story of Love. The left two petals have a sense of movement to them in addition to a more active pink and white texture. This feels like the beginnings of Love - exciting and new. The back two petals’ colors mellow and blend while forming a heart - Love's maturation. Then, whether by death or termination, the right two petals show an active withering to them - Love's end.
