Captured in Kenya's Masai Mara National Reserve in August, this powerful image shows a Martial Eagle after successfully hunting a young warthog. Despite having the strength to take flight, the magnificent raptor drags its heavy prey across the savanna, crying out intensely—perhaps calling to its offspring in a primal display of survival.
