Cheetah scanning the vista for her pursuers. The area is devoid of cheetahs due to the high density of competing predators. Even hyena clans in the area have been decimated as a result of three dominant lion prides aggressiveness. Two of those prides, independent of the other, spent the night pursuing this mom and her three cubs. As the sun broke, not only had they driven this cheetah out of her territory, but long out of theirs, pushing deep into another prides territory. Despite the danger, one of the prides continued the hunt. Oblivious to the imminent danger, a cub attacks his mom's leg.
