'Clorofilla' is an artistic exploration of infrared photography that reveals what lies beyond the visible spectrum. Inspired by the idea of relative perception, the project uses compositional synthesis and a restrained color palette, typical in this type of IR photography, to pursue a graphic rendering of natural subjects. (The name refers to chlorophyll’s ability to reflect infrared light, making foliage appear luminous). By abstracting familiar scenes, 'Clorofilla' invites viewers to question what they see and discover new meanings in the interplay of light, color, and the unseen.
