To protect Denmark's northernmost tip, there are numerous breakwaters on both the east and west sides. The image shows one of them.

Ralf Dreier has been photographing exclusively in black and white for 25 years. Initially analogue on 35mm and medium format, since the end of 2006 exclusively digital. He specialises in minimalist landscape and architectural photography.
