Greek Goddess Artemis, was the goddess of the moon and hunting and was able to transform herself into any animal. Composed of a broken plaster bust of Artemis (broken at the neck), a plaster wing, a casting of a juvenile python found on the web, and a marble polygone and feathers. She's represented here with her pet python, both wearing the same neck brace. The feathers were added later in post production.

As a Canadian-based fine art photographer, and I feel fortunate to have developed a personal style in still-life photography that can resonate with others. My background and influences have certainly helped shape my artistic vision. Through my studies in Applied Arts, I was able to explore various creative disciplines; Conceptual Photography, drawing, sculpture, and the early 20th-century avant-garde movements; Bauhaus and Dada. This diverse education has given me a unique perspective, and I'm grateful for the opportunities I've had to learn and grow as an artist and to create something new.
