Spring in Japan. After the rain, take a look beneath the cherry trees. There you'll find the fleeting life of blossoms and the art of nature. This image was captured without any retouching. The color tone was achieved by carefully adjusting the white balance in-camera at the moment of shooting. I wanted to preserve the raw, transient beauty of cherry blossoms that had fallen to the ground—often overlooked—by simply observing the reflection and light after the rain.
