Strive: Since I was a child, I have struggled to convey my feelings. I come from a lovely family, but they did not know how express their feelings, and as a result, I didn’t learn how to do it. As an adult, I have felt an urgency to express the deep feelings that I have kept inside - joy, nostalgia, passion, grief, sometimes fear- but I also realized I did not have the skills to achieve it. I found myself pursuing self-discovery and looking for ways to understand the meaning behind the images that constantly come to my mind while I’m working, going somewhere or more often sleeping.

Surrounded by vivid and stimulating mix of contrasted nature and architecture, embedded in the middle of the mountains is the place where I was born, Bogotá – Colombia, my happiest and sorrowful moments have happened there. I studied Graphic Design and there was the moment that I had my first contact with photography. Despite my passion for photography, I kept it on hold for more than 20 years while I pursued my entrepreneur goal to establish and run my own business.
