Fire Down There!

We were returning to the tended camp after a day on safariwhen we saw this large fire on the edge of Kruger Park. The rangers told us it was a controlled fire to regenerate the vegetation.

I’m a non professional photographer keen on landscape, architecture and travel photography. I have a degree in mechanical engineering. My passion for photography began at my ninth birthday when I received as gift from my uncle a beautiful Kodak Retinette. Since then I have continued to take pictures although the hard engagement of the studies had a negative impact on my photographic works as well as many very challenging work periods. In the last ten years I started to take pictures with some more dedication. I often participate with satisfaction to some trips organized by the Nikon School.
