Where does the “sport” in motorsport appear? For me, it’s in the moments when the driver takes the spotlight. Even when their movements are invisible, you know they're delicately manoeuvring their machines at high speed, battling to shave off a mere 0.1 seconds. As the sun dipped lower, its light shone like a spotlight, illuminating the driver and making the scene all the more striking.
