Built in the 18th century, Bourse de commerce, a circular building with an open-air interior court was used to trade wheat. In 1854, the building became the Paris stock exchange. The rotonda and dome were added which resembled the French and Roman Pantheons. The building was restored by architect Tadao Ando and has been the exhibition site of the Pinault Collection since 2021. “WAITING”, the sculpture by Yuan and Yu, is a 164 cm high model of an eagle observing from above. The sculpture is made of fiberglass, silicon and feathers. “DINO”, an avant-garde sculpture by Bertrand Lavier.
