“All Roads Lead to Milan” is a photographic journey through the main access routes of an ever-evolving city. The project explores the margins, those streets and ring roads that once marked the boundary between the countryside and the metropolis, and now serve as gateways to uncertain and often fragmented urban realities. Not just transit routes, but symbolic frontiers. Contrasts between futuristic developments and abandoned structures, elegant shopping malls and abandoned sidewalks. The images portray a melancholic and ironic Milan, far from the glossy stereotype of the fashion capital.
