In my years of photography, the silhouette of electric pylons has always fascinated me, a symbol of human presence and civilization. So impactful but also so fascinating. Their rigid silhouette contrasting with the soft landscape.
I am a landscape photographer based in Florence, Italy. I like to shoot in black and white with a predilection for long exposures. My style is minimalist with high contrast. I find inspiration in the work of Michael Kenna, Gabriele Basilico, Edward and Brett Weston, Mario Giacomelli and, of course, Ansel Adams.
