I spent four hours waiting for this photo. I had hoped to capture people caught in the spotlight patterns, but for the first two hours, the weather wouldn’t cooperate. I walked out of the building, almost ready to give up. Instead, I took a short break — and returned. And then, the scene appeared, just as dramatic as I had imagined.
