A Homeless man identified as Bob, I seen panhandling in my neighborhood on various street corners for the past three years... I discovered he was a Navy veteran having serviced in Vietnam as a kid of 17 years old and basically since then been a Jack of Trades Master of None. Once Covid hit, he found himself homeless, living off handouts.
