The seed head of a meadow goat's beard, whose seeds glow in the afternoon light. I love the seed heads of this plant in particular; they inspire me to photograph them from every perspective over and over again.

I’m an italian-austrian photographer, born and grown up in Italy and living in Salzburg, Austria. I discovered photography very late in my life. Only one year later I gave up my old jobs and started to work as a freelance photographer and journalist for international magazines and publishers. I am fascinated by the apparently insignificant, by ephemeral and small details in nature. Photographing nature and animals is indispensable to calm my soul while focusing on social themes is a need as a human being. My photos have been awarded many times in internationally renowned photo competitions.
