My interpretation of a fallen angel, brought into the modern age, shows the duality of good and evil, of saint and sinner; the multitude of emotions, ideas, and behaviours within a person; the complexity of the soul; and internal conflict. To emphasize the conflict, the Fallen Angel is presented as a priest. The cross behind him is neon, a material often used in bar and nightclub signs.
