In Tokyo’s new Takanawa Gateway district, a glass tower cuts into a weather‑laden sky. I worked low and close with a wide angle so the facade shears the frame on a steep diagonal, compressing mass and height. A cool, low‑key grade preserves steel and cloud while the lone tree anchors scale. This image studies a newborn rail district staking its place in the skyline—earthbound infrastructure reaching toward air.
