On Top of the Museum’s Roof

Designed by Mr. Riken Yamamoto, the 2024 Pritzker Architecture Prize winner, Taoyuan Children’s Museum is solely built for children. Several independent white exhibition “rooms” are built on top of the green grass museum’s roof. Trees are planted in the white square containers. These on top of the museum’s roof elements make the museum a marvelous design. Besides exhibitions, the museum also plays a role for art education.
