Framed by a narrow street in Yokohama’s Minato Mirai, a firework opens above the sail‑shaped hotel and the ferris wheel’s arc. I worked in monochrome and a short long exposure so the crowd became soft ghosts and a single S‑curve headlight stitched time through the scene. The city’s hard edges, the wheel’s rhythm and the flower of light form three registers—architecture, movement and celebration—showing how a festival breathes inside everyday urban life.
