Explorations into Panna Cotta deserts created using food molds (Frida Molds). Light dragon fruit panna cotta, with papaya fruit compote and a lemon ganache. The extra panorama width was created by stitching additional frames both left & right, rather than pulling back. The extra close range added additional exaggerated defocus to increase the soft lightness.
