This is a traditional Chinese dish, and during the photography process, we focused on capturing its classic Chinese culinary ambiance. The dish originates from a time-honored culinary brand, whose chefs have made numerous improvements in cooking techniques and ingredient selection. This inspired me to reflect on the balance between "tradition and innovation" – should we uphold tradition to preserve culinary classics, or embrace new techniques for continuous innovation?
