The Illusion of Poppies explores the fluid nature of perception, shaped by memory and emotion. What I saw in each poppy was never just the present—it merged with past impressions and inner reflections. Through soft edges, fading forms, and sepia tones, the images echo the Buddhist idea of Dukkha: all things are transient and illusory. Each photograph becomes a fleeting reconstruction—what once was or seemed to be—inviting viewers to see reality as ever-shifting and impermanent.
