The most delicious pan-fried buns at Shida Night Market come out of the steamer one basket at a time, releasing a billow of steam. With the staff’s effortlessly cool style, it creates both a visual spectacle and a culinary delight.

My teaching courses are Statistics, Economics, etc. at the Graduate Institute of Sport, Leisure, and Hospitality Management, of NTNU. I took photos since 40 years ago when I was a university student. For about 10 years I have shifted my tool to the digital camera. Campus sceneries, lives and activities are objects which I like to photo.
